This form may be used by an owner to nominate a person for election to the strata or association committee.

You must first obtain the person’s consent for nomination by completing this form.

An election will be held at the annual general meeting.

Please download and complete the form linked above. Once completed, scan or take a photo of it on your mobile device and attach it to your nomination by using the ‘Upload Completed Nomination Form’ field provided.

Any owner, or any person entitled to vote at a general meeting of an owners corporation, may nominate a person for election as a member of the committee.
